Do I need an electric bill before contacting Solara Solar?
No. You’re welcome to contact us with general questions at any time. However, an electric bill is required for us to prepare a customized proposal and system design. Your bill allows us to verify your actual annual usage and electric rate so we can make the proposal as accurate as possible.
Can I contact Solara Solar about battery storage only?
Yes. Solara Solar works with residential battery storage in addition to solar systems. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish and we can help determine the appropriate next step.
Can I contact you if I am still comparing solar companies?
Yes. You do not need to have made a decision before speaking with us. We are happy to explain system design, production, equipment, ownership, financing and other considerations so you can compare your options.
Does Solara Solar serve all of Connecticut?
